Rental terms

1) Reservations

In order to confirm your reservation, you must contact us via e-mail within three days. A reservation is final once the required advance payment has been made (40% of the total fare). Along with the Application, please send us the following necessary documents:

1. Two-sided copy of the police ID card.

2. Copy of the speedboat operator license.

3. Evidence for the issuance of payment receipts. With the confirmation of the reservation we will send you a copy of the lease agreement together with the useful information about the boat you have chosen.

2) Payments

Upon confirmation of the reservation, please pay the deposit of 40% of the total amount of the fare, within three days. You can repay the remaining amount of the fare three (3) days before the start date of the lease. In case of one-day rent, the total amount of the fare is prepaid. All payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Personal checks are not accepted. After depositing in an account, please send us the payment receipt in your name. If payment is made by credit card, please complete and send us your credit card debit authorization.

3) Warranty

For your complete coverage and safety, MARJI rent a boat insures all its boats with mixed insurance. In order to complete the rental and make the departure, a guarantee is required, depending on the type of boat, which is returned at the end of the lease and the final check upon return of the boat.

4) Weather conditions

The rental and departure of the boat is carried out normally, provided that at the point of delivery and receipt, the intensity of the winds does not exceed 7 Beaufort and if the port authorities allow it. However, in case of adverse weather conditions, which prohibit the departure on the day of the start of the lease, there will be a relevant consultation with the company.

5) Case of cancellations

The rules that MARJI rent a boat follows in case of cancellation of the lease are the following: 1. If the cancellation is made 10 days before the scheduled departure, then the lease can be transferred to another date where a boat of the same type is available. 2. If the cancellation is made within the last 10 days before the scheduled departure, then the deposit is committed.

6) Departure

Two days before the departure, after communication, we must be informed of the desired time of departure of the boat. Place of delivery is Glistra…. On the day of departure and upon arrival at the pre-determined point of receipt of the boat you will be asked to sign all the necessary documents for renting the boat as well as to settle any financial issues. The tenant / operator of the boat must have with him the original speedboat pilot license, police ID card, credit card and copies. Upon receipt, a detailed demonstration of the boat and the equipment is made, while they are given for signature, a declaration of acceptance of the boat and a list of equipment it carries. There is also a detailed briefing on safety procedures and information on the use of the boat and the documents / licenses given to you. The boat is delivered by us, with full fuel and water tanks, to facilitate the process. Shortly before your departure, you may be asked to demonstrate your speedboat handling skills. There is the possibility of placing your means of transport in our Parking. The above actions can be done at our headquarters the day before by appointment, with the aim of speeding up the departure on the day of departure.

7) Return

On the return, one (1) hour before your arrival on the slide, call our company from your mobile phone to the phone which is on the card we give you, so that the driver of our company can lift your boat. The boat and the company list are then checked to verify the completeness of the boat equipment and to return the guarantee to the lessee. The boat is delivered by the charterer full of fuel. The refueling of the boat is undertaken by us and takes place at the nearest gas station. The cost of fuel is borne exclusively by the charterer.
